Farhan is a Team Lead at FED where he leads regulatory simplification initiatives with governments, advancing ease of doing business through actionable reforms. He has over ten years of experience driving governance and policy reform.

Before FED, he led strategic initiatives at ILSS and managed national skilling programs at NSDC. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad.
