Gaurav is a Consultant at FED where he works with the Government of Uttar Pradesh on Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reforms, focusing on streamlining regulatory processes and strengthening the business environment across the state.

Previously, he worked with the Central Square Foundation (CSF) in Haryana, supporting Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) reforms in collaboration with the state government. As a Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associate (CMGGA) in Bhiwani, Haryana, he led initiatives in digital transformation, livelihood enhancement, and poverty alleviation. He also has experience as a political consultant, having worked with a former Union Minister during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Gaurav holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics (BBE) from the College of Vocational Studies, University of Delhi.
