Kunal works as a Senior Programme Associate at FED. He previously worked with the Punjab Development Commission (PDC), collaborating with senior bureaucrats on initiatives across industry, tourism, and public finance, including reforms to Punjab’s property tax system.

He holds a master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University, with a focus on policy and governance.
