Vamshi is a Team Lead at FED where he leads engagement with the Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) on reforms in industrial development and ease of doing business.

He is a public policy professional with over 10 years of experience in governance, public finance, and digital transformation. Prior to FED, he worked with GoAP and IBM. At GoAP, he worked closely with senior leadership across the Finance and Welfare Departments, contributing to fiscal strategy, pension reforms, welfare delivery, and digital transformation initiatives. He is a Computer Science Engineer from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and an alumnus of the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University.
