Namita Aggarwal is a Senior Project Lead at FED, where she leads state government engagements on ease of doing business reforms and sector-specific investment readiness strategies to drive job creation in labour-intensive manufacturing sectors. She brings almost 8 years of experience in the development sector.

Prior to FED, Namita led the Public Finance Management Programme at the Janaagraha. In this role, she worked closely with senior leadership across union and several state governments to drive systemic reforms in urban infrastructure financing, and municipal finance management. Earlier in her career, Namita worked in the private sector with Hindustan Unilever, where she served as an Area Sales and Customer Manager for the homecare portfolio across coastal Odisha. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
