Sakshi is the HR Manager at FED, where she leads human resource strategy and operations. She has over five years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a background in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy.

Previously, she worked with Right Management India and the Trident Group, contributing to diverse aspects of HR including talent acquisition, leadership development and workforce transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi, and is passionate about creating people-first cultures that enable both, individual and organizational growth.
