Sayani is a Programme Manager at FED. She is based out of Odisha and works closely with the Government of Odisha and other state governments to support governance reforms and promote ease of doing business initiatives. She has previously worked with Janaagraha, PHDMA, and IPAC.

She holds a postgraduate degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences
